Seismic Testing

Seismic testing is designed to meet Telcordia (Bellcore) Zone 4 earthquake requirements.  Testing includes sinusoidal sweep, earthquake synthesized waveform (VERTEQII), and static test (deflection).

The system has a 4' square working space and can be expanded as required.  Each axis is independently tested. 

Mounting is available on either a concrete slab or aluminum plate utilizing strain washers to measure pullout force on bolts.  An overhead crane is used to position test units.  Power is provided for office vibration.

Digital control and data acquisition is provided by Dactron equipment that generates color graphs for the report.  Photographs and videotapes are included in Telcordia GR-63-CORE reports.

Qualification Testing without extensive reports are available for a reduced price.
